HVAC TEST, ADJUST & BALANCE (TAB) TECHNICIAN / SUPERVISOR

This position will be responsible for performing the Test, Adjust & Balance (TAB) of Heating, Ventilating & Cooling (HVAC) systems in the field and preparing reports in the office.

 

LOCATION

Austin & San Antonio offices

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review Submittals

• Compile project documentation for field

• Complete TAB Reports

• Schedule Owner, Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Field Personnel as required to meet TAB schedules.

• Perform Test & Balance (TAB) of HVAC systems on the job site

• Adapt and create templates for phases of the TAB process.

• Represent the firm at job site meetings.

• Some travel between San Antonio & Austin offices may be required.

REQUIREMENTS​

• Significant experience in the HVAC Test & Balance Industry, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Related field.

• Deadline-oriented

• Self-motivated

• Positive & professional demeanor

PREFERENCES

AABC or NEBB Certification preferred but not required.

SALARY

$25 - $45 per hour Depending On Experience
