This was a retrofit and complete replacement of the existing Air Handler Units (AHU) within the existing TFC Teacher Retirement System Headquarters. The existing AHUs had reached the end of their useful life. The replacement consisted of exchanging all major AHUs with brand new Temtrol Fan Array Air Handler Units.
 

The LCCx team worked closely with the architect, general contractor and the TFC project manager to ensure an orderly and smooth replacement of each of the AHUs. We were able to keep the user client in service at all times via careful planning and pre-preparation work and smart use of nighttime and weekend replacement schedules. The Architect/MEP on this project was Huitt Zollers and the General Contractor was American Constructor Contractors.
