UT Southwestern Medical School selected a Bath Engineering lead Commissioning Team, which LCCx was an integral member of, to perform MEP and Building Enclosure Commissioning. LCCx is an integral part of the MEP Commissioning process on the New Tower and Thermal Energy Plant. We performed Design Reviews, Submittal Reviews, Field Observations, Functional Performance Testing and Test, Adjust & Balance (TAB) validation.

This project adds an approximately 650,000 gross square foot, 12-story third tower and two parking structures to the existing hospital, providing an additional 144 beds for a total of 292 beds as well as the addition of a needed Emergency Room, Operating Room, and increased Imaging Services capacity.
